1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

3. Return Process

To Return an Item:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at ha@bonthings.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item(s) securely and include the return authorization. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package is delivered to us safely.
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within [number of days, typically 5-10] business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Exchange Process

To Exchange an Item:

  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will provide you with an exchange authorization and instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item(s) securely and include the exchange authorization. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package is delivered to us safely.
  4. Receive Your New Item: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our exchange policy criteria. If approved, we will process your exchange and ship the new item(s) to you. We will notify you once the exchange has been processed and shipped.

5. Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at ha@bonthings.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
